Since the founding of IAG (International Alliance Group) in 1995,
the company has focused on delivering leading edge FCC technology to
an important niche market. This focus has contributed to IAG's success
and has provided much-needed technology to a market not well served by
large engineering and consulting firms.
As a subsidiary of the Triten Corporation, IAG has benefited from Triten's
fifty year history of FCC material and technical expertise.
IAG also has a strong relationship and formal alliance with UOP
Process Technology.
Since its inception, IAG has gained a reputation for its project development
and management services.
Its revamp projects are driven by economic investment analysis and by a
solid contracting philosophy.
This contracting philosophy focuses in two areas:
- prime/single point responsibility EP & C
- profit at risk contracting
IAG services are provided by a staff made up of process technologists,
project managers/engineers, purchasing agents, project control specialists,
and support staff. IAG manages and coordinates the subcontracting of detailed
engineering and construction to other alliance partners.
IAG offers proven advantages (see Project Profiles section) based on
- a company focus on economics / known return on investment
- low overhead costs
- cost efficient project execution
- efficient project life cycle
- on-time schedule performance
By establishing a clear understanding of project goals,
IAG provides project management and oversees all participating team members.
