TritenIAG, a capital project management and owner's representative firm serving the power, renewables, chemicals, and data center sectors, announced that Duane Barnes, the firm's Vice President and General Manager, will become Chief Executive Officer. Terence Easton, who has led TritenIAG as CEO since 2020, will transition to the company's Advisory Board.
The transition reflects a planned succession as TritenIAG continues to expand its presence across the energy and industrial markets. Easton will remain involved with the firm in his board capacity, supporting strategic direction and key client relationships during the handoff.
Barnes brings more than 20 years of experience in project leadership across the chemical and consumer products industries. At TritenIAG, he played a key role managing a major biochemicals development and led the launch of the firm's East office, which became the foundation for its growing industrial market presence. As Vice President and General Manager, he has applied disciplined project management practices to help clients deliver complex capital projects on budget and on schedule, building the kind of operational rigor that underpins TritenIAG's approach. Duane has a B.S in Industrial Management from Clemson University.
