Senior Operations & Project Advisor
Steven is a seasoned chemical engineering and operations leader with extensive experience managing large capital programs, technology development, and full-scale manufacturing operations. Proven track record overseeing greenfield and brownfield projects—including a $600MM biopolymers facility—and leading process development, external manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service functions. Brings deep expertise in plant operations, process engineering, and team leadership gained through progressive roles at NatureWorks, Dow Chemical, and Union Carbide. Holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
