NatureWorks is a world-leading biopolymers supplier and innovator of naturally advanced materials made from renewable, abundant feedstocks. The client sought to expand its global footprint with the construction of a second international plant. Recognizing the need for experienced capital project support, the company partnered with TritenIAG to strengthen its project team and ensure successful execution. Leveraging our proven expertise and integrated approach, TritenIAG helped transform a complex, high-stakes initiative into a successful, sustainable, and future-focused operation.
TritenIAG integrated with the owner’s key personnel to form an integrated project management team (IPMT). We supported the site selection process, served as the owner’s engineer for the Front-End Loading (FEL) phases, managed the procurement and delivery of all tagged equipment, and provided an in-country construction oversight team. In the FEL stage, we partnered with multiple in-country contractors for material and labor pricing. We worked with a US-based engineering firm, multiple equipment vendors, one main licensor, and a DCS provider. For tagged equipment, we led the purchasing and shipment of equipment, including navigating customs and board of investment registration and approvals. For construction, we led the selection and oversight of a general contractor and roughly six specialty contractors to complete the work at the site.

· Achieved an exceptional safety record with a DART (days away, restricted, or transferred rate) rating of .04 across more than 15,000,000 site hours
· Successfully oversaw and managed a challenging general contract, ensuring performance met safety, quality, and schedule expectations

· Administered and managed all project contracts to maintain compliance, control costs, and support seamless project execution
