
After acquiring an RNG production company, the client recognized the need for stronger project-management infrastructure to support its growing portfolio of landfill-to-gas projects. Building on the success of our earlier work on a dairy-to-RNG development, TritenIAG was initially engaged to review one landfill-to-RNG project and provide targeted guidance wherever critical expertise was missing.
Our role quickly expanded. TritenIAG stepped in to manage interfaces between the engineering and construction contractors, strengthening communication, clarity, and accountability across teams. We also provided on-site construction oversight to help resolve issues early and keep the project on track.
Impressed by our structured methodology and ability to create alignment, the client broadened our mandate—first to oversee the engineering contractor and support full project execution, and ultimately to integrate TritenIAG as the Owner’s Engineer within an integrated project management team. This model is now being used across three additional landfill-to-RNG projects, where we contribute project-management rigor, engineering support, project controls, and technical subject-matter expertise across key disciplines.
Today, TritenIAG continues to serve as a trusted partner to the client and has been engaged to deliver similar services across multiple additional RNG projects, strengthening execution readiness and advancing the company’s broader renewable-gas strategy.
