Please join us in welcoming Steve Bray as Director, Specialty and Biochemical Project Services at TritenIAG. Steve brings decades of experience in chemical engineering, operations leadership, and capital project execution. He has built a strong reputation for guiding complex manufacturing and technology initiatives from early development through full operations.
Steve previously served as Vice President of Operations at NatureWorks, where he led major capital programs, full-scale manufacturing operations, process development, external manufacturing, global supply chain, and customer support. He also held roles at Dow Chemical and Union Carbide and built deep expertise across engineering, operations, and program management.
Steve earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and he has consistently helped organizations strengthen performance, improve execution, and scale new technologies.
