IAG project/program management services keep your project on schedule and on budget.
We apply real-time control and measurement to all project facets and participants. This includes licensor, detailed engineering, equipment procurement, demolition, construction, IAG and owner. By putting a “ring fence” around the project/TAR, we becomes the lockbox for controlling costs, schedule and project scope. We tenaciously guard against project creep.
As project/program manager, we exercise direct control over the TAR/project’s subcontracts. Construction is contracted directly by IAG, with management of the contracts under our control. Invoices are received, analyzed and paid by IAG. We also request to monitor, manage and control charges within the refinery that affect the TAR/project. With this control, we have maximum ability to deliver the project’s objectives and value.
